Charlie Baumann is originally from New York and spent most of his adult life in Central Connecticut. He is married (Christine) and is an avid classic car hobbyist enjoying many of the local car shows and events as well as loving the beach and boating.
Before being interested in Real Estate, Charlie had a long career in the telecom industry with AT&T, Sprint and retiring from United Technologies Corporation as an IT Network Operations Manager in 2016. His work was in network operations with a primary focus on quality process improvement and customer care. He was a member of the Army National Guard and United States Army Reserve for 13 years.
Charlie and his wife, Chris fell in love with the area and relocated to Murrells Inlet in 2016 and since moving here, have enjoyed learning so much about the Grand Strand with its plentiful beaches, restaurants, tourist attractions, day trips and so many other reasons to live here.
Charlie loves searching for great homes and will take the time to get to know you and fully understand the things that you want in your next home and neighborhood.
